Pavlova

I wanna start of by saying this is Jamie Oliver's recipe and it is literally the nicest pavlova ever. It is so light but has that lovely chewy middle.

The ingredients are only:

6 egg whites

300g of caster sugar

(These ingredients only make the actual pavlova)

What I like so much about this recipe is that it barely needs anything and it taste so good when it is baked. Also you can customise it to make it your own like use blueberries in the center or even mix them in. For my pavlova I got a couple of cock

tail sticks and some food colouring ;

-First I took a cocktail stick and dipped it in food colouring.

-Then I made swirls in the pavlova with the coloured cocktail stick and it made a lovely coloured pattern on the pavlova. (picture number 2)

After the pavlova was taken out of the oven I just added some strawberries and cream! And your finished a delicious pavlova for your family and friends or just have it for yourself! Haha!
